We ship Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, except for plants. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Plants to be sent bare roots. Orders are dispatched each Monday/Tuesday (Weekly Cut off for Orders is10 pm each Friday), so they don't sit over the weekend at the post office. All orders after this time will be posted the following Monday or Tuesday.
Note: Due to Australia's quarantine law, we can only send plants within Australia, except TAS, NT and WA.
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order can be easily tracked through the Australia Post website.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. We offer a full refund or exchange for faulty items only.
Our products are all handcrafted and unique. Any imperfection, discolorations, small holes as well as surface cracking, these are all the characteristics of handmade items and are not considered to be faulty.
If you feel you have a faulty item, please contact us with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case-by-case basis and respond with a resolution.
If you decide to exchange your faulty item for another item you must first contact us to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM
Goods to be exchanged must be returned within 14 days of item being purchased – items must be new with original packaging and tags still attached
Please also include an Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchel (Parcel Post) for us to send back your exchanged item in.
Tracking and insurance of the returned items are encouraged as we will not assume responsibility for any items until the items is received by us.
If the returned item is assessed as faulty, we will cover the return postage fees.
