Succulent Cuttings Pack in a small gift box to fit 6 succulent cuttings. Perfect for a present and will come with instructions on how to nurture them and grow roots. Also available in a pack of 6 cuttings.

Note: Plants may differ to the main picture depending on what are available at the time. Some succulents look vibrant during certain months and other times can look more dull.

 

We offer a combined postage for a flat fee of $10 for Australia only.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For New Zealand, we have a flat rate of $15.00 postage with Australia Post. Postage will take 3 to 10 working days.

For all other countries see checkout after adding your items to cart for an accurate quote.

SHIPPING TIME

We ship Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, except for plants. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

PLANT SHIPPING

Plants to be sent bare roots. Orders are dispatched each Monday/Tuesday (Weekly Cut off for Orders is 10 pm each Friday), so they don't sit over the weekend at the post office. All orders after this time will be posted the following Monday or Tuesday.

Note: Due to Australia's quarantine law, we can only send plants within Australia, except TAS, NT and WA.

 

TRACKING

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your order can be easily tracked through the Australia Post website.

RETURNS

We offer easy returns. View our returns policy here.

    Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong decision. We offer a full refund or exchange for faulty items only

    FAULTY ITEM

    Our products are all handcrafted and unique. Any imperfection, discolorations, small holes as well as surface cracking, these are all the characteristics of handmade items and are not considered to be faulty.

    If you feel you have a faulty item, please contact us with an image of your item and we will assess the item on a case-by-case basis and respond with a resolution.

    EXCHANGE

    If you decide to exchange your faulty item for another item you must first contact us to confirm the replacement item is available and that the exchange is eligible.

    RETURNING YOUR ITEM
      1. Goods to be exchanged must be returned within 14 days of item being purchased – items must be new with original packaging and tags still attached
      2. Please also include an Australia Post Pre-Paid Satchel (Parcel Post) for us to send back your exchanged item in.
      3. Tracking and insurance of the returned items are encouraged as we will not assume responsibility for any items until the items is received by us.

    If the returned item is assessed as faulty, we will cover the return postage fees.
